Section 465IAC2-9-61. Religion

(a) The child caring institution shall make available the opportunity to participate in religious activities in accordance with the child's religious faith in so far as is practical.
(b) The child caring institution shall have a written description of any religious orientation and of particular religious practices that are observed and expected of the child. The description shall be distributed prior to admission to parents and the placing agency.
