Section 465IAC2-9-29. "Staff development" defined

   As used in this rule, "staff development" means an ongoing educational process to enhance skills which relate to current employment. It may include, but is not limited to, workshops, reading, formal training, films, training by supervisors or consultants, and may be in subject areas such as child care, child development, emergency and first aid procedures, and behavior management.
