Section 465IAC2-6-3. Case plan and case review

   (a) A case plan, case review and statewide information (tracking) system, as defined and required by the Adoption Assistance and Child Welfare Act of 1980, 42 U.S.C. 670, et seq., shall be required for all children in a substitute care placement under the court-authorized supervision of the county welfare departments. Such case plans, case reviews and statewide information (tracking) system is also to be implemented for all county departments of public welfare wards remaining in their own homes.

  (b) That the above-incorporation by reference of 42 U.S.C. 670, et seq. does not include any subsequent amendments or editions thereto.
