Section 465IAC2-2-4. Financing

   Financing. Each child-placing agency shall maintain at all times adequate financial resources to meet the minimum standards required by the rules and regulations of the State Department of Public Welfare, and shall furnish annually to the State Department of Public Welfare and at such other times as may be requested by the the State Department of Public Welfare satisfactory evidence of such financial ability.
