  •    Child-Placing Agency or the Business of Placing Children, Definition. A child-placing agency is defined as any person, association or corporation who advertises himself or itself or holds himself or itself out as placing or finding homes for or otherwise disposing of children or who places or assists in placing in homes of persons other than relatives or causes or assists in causing the placement for adoption or disposal otherwise of children.
