Section 465IAC2-15-7. "Placement agreement" defined

"Placement agreement" means a written agreement between an older youth and the department that:

(1) states the terms and conditions of OYFC services approved by the department for the older youth, as described in section 15 of this rule; and

(2) is approved by the licensee foster parent or parents of the home in which the older youth resides or will reside.
