Section 465IAC2-15-20. Department policies regarding older youth foster care

(a) The department may specify additional procedures, and develop standard forms, as necessary or appropriate to implement the provisions of IC 31-28-5.7 [IC 31-28-5.7 was repealed by P.L.48-2012, SECTION 33, effective March 14, 2012.] and this rule, relating to approval of applications for, and administration of, OYFC services.

(b) Any additional or supplemental procedures and forms shall be:

(1) included or referenced in department policies;

(2) posted on the department's website; and

(3) not inconsistent with any applicable federal or state statutes or regulations, or the provisions of this rule.
