Section 465IAC2-15-2. "Assigned monitor" defined

"Assigned monitor" means a department family case manager, independent living specialist, or independent living provider contracted by the department, who is assigned to oversee services provided to an older youth under this rule, during the term of an agreement and in accordance with section 15(f) of this rule.
