Section 465IAC2-11-83. Swimming pools

Latest version.

   (a) Swimming pools shall be constructed in accordance with 675 IAC 20, maintained and operated in accordance with 410 IAC 6-2.

  (b) Outdoor swimming pools shall be fenced. The gate shall be locked when the pool is not in use.

  (c) Indoor pools shall be secured to prevent accidental entry or unauthorized use.
