  •    (a) Children admitted to a private secure facility shall:

    (1) be six (6) years of age or older; and

    (2) exhibit chronic behaviors that endanger themselves or others.

      (b) Admission policies shall be clearly defined and stated in writing.

      (c) The child caring institution shall obtain, prior to admission of a child, information about the child and family circumstances to determine whether care in the child caring institution is in the best interest of the child.
