  •    (a) The county office will provide to the guardian, at the time the guardianship assistance agreement is approved, information concerning resources that may be available to the guardian or child through the county office or other community agencies, to assist the guardian in providing for the child's physical, mental, psychological, educational, and other needs appropriate to the child's development and transition to adult status and independent living.

      (b) The county office will not be responsible for monitoring the guardian's care and supervision of the child during the time the guardianship assistance agreement is in effect, or for providing any services to the child, except as provided in this rule or in the agreement.
