Section 460IAC6-5-28. Speech-language therapy services provider qualifications

  •    (a) To be approved to provide speech-language therapy services as a speech-language pathologist, an applicant shall be a speech-language pathologist licensed under IC 25-35.6.

      (b) To be approved to provide speech language therapy services as a speech-language pathology aide, an applicant shall be:

    (1) a speech-language pathology aide as defined in IC 25-35.6-1-2; and

    (2) registered pursuant to 880 IAC 1-2.

      (c) For an entity to be approved to provide speech-language therapy services, the entity shall certify that, if approved, the entity will provide speech-language therapy services using only persons who meet the qualifications set out in this section.
