Section 460IAC6-3-23. "Environmental modification supports" defined

Latest version.

"Environmental modification supports" means a physical adaptation to an individual's home to:

(1) ensure the health, welfare, and safety of the individual; or

(2) enable the individual to function with greater independence in the individual's home;

and without which, the individual would require institutionalization.
