Section 460IAC6-19-4. Distribution of information

Latest version.

A provider of case management services shall ensure that:

(1) the individual;

(2) the individual's legal representative, if applicable; and

(3) all other providers of services to the individual, regardless of whether the services are provided pursuant to this article;

have copies of relevant documentation, including information on individual rights, an individual's individualized support plan, filing complaints, and requesting appeals concerning issues and disputes relating to the services provided to the individual.
