Section 460IAC6-19-1. Information concerning an individual

A provider of case management services shall have the following information about an individual receiving case management services from the provider:

(1) The wants and needs of an individual, including the health, safety and behavioral needs of an individual.

(2) The array of services available to an individual whether the services are available under this article or are otherwise available.

(3) The availability of funding for an individual.
