Rule 460IAC2-4. Blind and Visually Impaired Services—Indiana Randolph-Sheppard Business Enterprise Program |
Section 460IAC2-4-6. Effect of nonqualification for the business enterprise program
-
(a) If the state licensing agency:
(1) determines that an applicant does not meet the qualifications set out in section 5 of this rule; and
(2) does not accept the applicant as a manager trainee;
the provisions in this section apply.
(b) The state licensing agency shall do the following:
(1) Refer the applicant to the office of vocational rehabilitation services for other services.
(2) Notify an applicant in writing of the specific grounds for the agency's determination that the applicant:
(A) does not meet the qualifications set out in section 5 of this rule; and
(B) is not accepted as a manager trainee in the BEP.
