Section 460IAC2-3-4. Certificate; professional qualifications

(a) After being certified by the state, an interpreter shall be issued a certificate signed by the DHHS director and DDRS director evidencing such certification. An interpreter shall also be issued an identification card signed by the DHHS director and DDRS director, which the interpreter shall carry with him or her during interpreting assignments as proof of certification.
(b) An interpreter shall accurately present his or her Indiana identification card, certificate, professional qualifications, and/or credentials upon request.
