Section 460IAC14-24-1. Informal supervisory review

   (a) An informal supervisory review is available upon written or oral request by any applicant or eligible individual who disputes any determination or action taken by the assigned counselor with respect to services received.

  (b) An informal supervisory review must be conducted no later than five (5) business days following the date of the request by the local area supervisor or his or her designee.

  (c) An area supervisor may affirm, reverse, or modify any determination or action taken by the counselor within three (3) business days of the informal supervisory review.
