Section 460IAC14-19-10. Insurance

(a) Prior to driving any modified vehicle, the eligible individual or the registered owner must secure and maintain auto insurance for the modified vehicle.

(b) If subsequent modifications consist of vehicle modification repair or replacement or the transfer of modifications to another vehicle:

(1) the eligible individual must provide proof of insurance; and

(2) the eligible individual must apply any insurance settlement amounts received for insured modifications;
