Section 460IAC6-3-54. "Support team" defined

Latest version.

"Support team" means a team of persons, including an individual, the individual's legal representative, if applicable, the individual's providers, provider of case management services, and other persons who:

(1) are designated by the individual;

(2) know and work with the individual; and

(3) participate in the development and implementation of the individual's ISP.
