Section 460IAC2-4-12. Issuance of license

(a) The state licensing agency shall issue a license to a manager trainee in the BEP who has successfully completed training and a probationary period at a permanent BEP facility.
(b) Upon licensing, a manager trainee:
(1) becomes a licensed manager in the BEP; and
(2) will receive written notification of the successful completion of their probationary period.
Seniority will begin to accrue as of the last day of probation.
(c) A license is issued for an indefinite period of time but is subject to suspension or termination after affording the licensed manager an opportunity for a full evidentiary hearing, except as provided in section 24 of this rule.
