  •    TRANSFER OF PART OF AN OPERATION. (a) Old carrier shall issue supplements. When the operating control of a contract carrier's properties is transferred in part to another contract carrier, the old carrier shall issue a supplement to each of its affected schedules upon 30 days' notice carrying this cancellation notice:

    Effective_____ (date) the rates, charges, rules, and regulations, in this schedule are withdrawn and cancelled insofar as they apply _____ (here describe the operations transferred). For rates, charges, rules and regulations to apply see schedule P.S.C.I. No._____, issued by (name and doing business as, if any, of the new carrier). NOTE ─ whenever necessary the term "minimum rates" shall be substituted for the term, "rates," in this notice.

      (b) New carrier shall issue and file a schedule or schedules. The new carrier shall issue and file at the same time, to become effective on the same date, a schedule or schedules establishing on 30 days' notice, rates, rules and regulations in lieu of those withdrawn by the old carrier.
