Section 45IAC16-3-26. Contract carrier freight tariffs; compliance with regulations; reissuance of schedule or power of attorney

   SCHEDULES OF MOTOR CONTRACT CARRIERS OF PROPERTY. All schedules and supplements thereto filed by contract carriers of property by motor vehicle and agents on or after Jan. 1, 1973, unless otherwise authorized by special permission of the Commission, shall conform to these regulations (Part B).

  The Commission may reject any schedule or supplement thereto which does not comply with these regulations.

  The Commission may, for reasons deemed sufficient, direct the reissue of any schedule or power of attorney at any time.
