Section 45IAC12-4-10. Temporary license; extension

   (a) The administrator may, upon finding that a person holding a temporary license has not fully complied with the provisions of this chapter [IC 6-6-1.1], extend the period of the person's temporary license.

  (b) The administrator may revoke such extension upon finding that the person has, subsequent to such extension, not fully complied with the provisions of this chapter [IC 6-6-1.1].
