Section 455IAC2-2-4. Conflict with Medicaid/Medicare provisions

If any provision of this article is deemed to be in conflict with any federal or state statute, regulation, bulletin, or rule that is specific to any funding source authorized under DDARS, specifically applicable to the Medicaid/Medicare program, then the other statute, regulation, bulletin, or rule shall supersede that part of this article in which the conflict is found.
