Section 455IAC1-2-3. Agency cooperation

   All appropriate governmental agencies shall cooperate in the implementation of the provisions of IC 12-10-3 and coordinate services to endangered adults and shall share such information concerning the allegation of battery, neglect, exploitation, or endangerment of adults as requested by each other, except to the extent that the information is otherwise protected under state or federal law.
