Section 440IAC8-2-5. Compulsive gambling addiction

An individual with a compulsive gambling addiction is a person who meets the following requirements:
(1) The individual is any age.
(2) The individual meets the criteria for Axis-1 diagnosis of pathological gambling under Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th edition, published by the American Psychiatric Association (DSM IV), Diagnosis 312.31, Pathological Gambling.
(3) The individual continues gambling behavior in spite of repetitive harmful consequences.
