Section 410IAC7-24-292. Warewashing machine; cleaning agents

Latest version.

(a) When used for warewashing, the wash compartment of a sink, mechanical warewasher, or wash receptacle of alternative manual warewashing equipment as specified in section 270(c) of this rule shall contain a wash solution of:

(1) soap;

(2) detergent;

(3) acid cleaner;

(4) alkaline cleaner;

(5) degreaser;

(6) abrasive cleaner; or

(7) other cleaning agent;

according to the cleaning agent manufacturer's label instructions.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
