Section 410IAC7-24-251. Handling of soiled and clean kitchenware

  •    (a) Soiled tableware shall be removed from consumer eating and drinking areas and handled so that clean tableware is not contaminated.

      (b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
