Section 410IAC7-24-251. Handling of soiled and clean kitchenware

(a) Soiled tableware shall be removed from consumer eating and drinking areas and handled so that clean tableware is not contaminated.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
