Section 410IAC6-2.1-26. New construction

(a) Public and semi-public pools, excepting those on the premises of a tourist home, shall be designed, constructed, maintained, and modified in accordance with 675 IAC 20-2.
(b) Semi-public pools on the premises of a tourist home shall be designated, constructed, maintained, and modified in accordance with 675 IAC 20-4, excepting spas, which must be:
(1) commercially manufactured, residential style spas; or
(2) constructed in accordance with 675 IAC 20-3.
