Section 410IAC6-14-4. "Food grade" defined

  •    As used in this rule, "food grade" means constructed of materials that are as follows:

    (1) Smooth.

    (2) Nontoxic.

    (3) Nonabsorbent.

    (4) Easily cleanable.

    (5) Easily sanitized.

    (6) Heat-resistant.

    (7) Corrosion-resistant.

    (8) Impact-resistant.

    (9) Abrasion-resistant.
