Section 410IAC5-6.1-128. Mammography inspection for calendar year 1993

 

                                Notwithstanding section 122(a) of this rule, all x-ray facilities providing mammographic x-ray services shall be inspected in accordance with this rule, on or after the effective date of this rule and before January 1, 1994. However, any x-ray facility providing mammographic x-ray services, which was inspected on or after January 1, 1993, and before the effective date of this rule by a person qualified in accordance with section 118(h) of this rule, shall be considered in compliance with this section.
