Section 410IAC32-3-13. Representation of training course approval

   No person shall make representation as conducting an approved initial training course or approved refresher training course or the Indiana lead-based paint two (2) hour rules awareness course for the purpose of licensing persons under 410 IAC 32-2 without prior written approval from the department under this rule.
