Section 410IAC32-1-8. "Chewable surface" defined

  •    "Chewable surface" means an interior or exterior surface painted with lead-based paint that a child six (6) years of age or younger can mouth or chew. Hard metal substrates and other materials that cannot be dented by the bite of a child six (6) years of age or younger are not considered chewable.
