Rule 410IAC32-1. Definitions |
Section 410IAC32-1-77. "Surface-by-surface investigation" defined

"Surface-by-surface investigation" means an investigation of an entire facility to determine the presence of lead-based paint as described in Chapter 7, Guidelines for the Evaluation and Control of Lead-based Paint Hazards in Housing, 1997, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)* or U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) manual or equivalent.
