Section 410IAC32-1-54. "Occupant protection plan" defined

  •    "Occupant protection plan" means a plan that shall be developed for all abatement projects and shall be prepared according to the following procedures:

    (1) The occupant protection plan shall:

    (A) be unique to each residential dwelling or child-occupied facility;

    (B) be developed prior to abatement; and

    (C) describe the measures and management procedures that will be taken during the abatement to protect the building occupants from exposure to any lead-based paint hazards.

    (2) A licensed supervisor or project designer shall prepare the occupant protection plan.
