Section 410IAC15-3-4. Fiscal reports; additional information to be supplied

 

                (a) The board shall notify, in writing, a facility of the need to submit further fiscal information as necessary to verify the accuracy of any information contained in the reports filed under these rules [410 IAC 15-3] by each facility.

                (b) The board shall specify the period of time the facility has to supply the additional information. An extension of this time may be granted by the board upon written request by the facility.
