Section 410IAC1-4-4. "Facility" defined

"Facility" means a building or location where an individual can be reasonably anticipated in the course of performing his or her professional, employment, training, or volunteer activities or duties to have skin, eye, mucous membrane, or parenteral contact with potentially infectious materials.
