  •    "Carcasses, body parts, blood and body fluids, and bedding of laboratory animals" means carcasses, body parts, blood and body fluids in liquid or semiliquid form, and bedding of animals that have been intentionally or are suspected of having been exposed to pathogens in:

    (1) research;

    (2) production of biologicals;

    (3) the in vivo testing of pharmaceuticals; or

    (4) other procedures.
