Section 410IAC18-1-7. Suspension list

   The state department shall issue on not less than a quarterly basis the name and address of all funeral homes for which the privilege is suspended and the duration of the suspension. All local health officers shall deny the use of the provisional notification of death to any funeral home named on the suspension list.
