Section IV (A), entitled Uniform Packaging and Labeling Regulation, of Handbook 130: Uniform Laws and Regulations in the Areas of Legal Metrology and Engine Fuel Quality, 2014 edition, adopted by the National Conference on Weights and Measures and published by the National Institute of Standards and Technology, is hereby incorporated by reference as requirements of the Indiana state department of health for packaging and labeling. The incorporated document is available for public view at the Indiana state department of health.
