  •    "Multiple drug-resistant tuberculosis" or "MDR tuberculosis" means any tuberculosis infection or disease caused by a strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis that is resistant to at least isoniazid and rifampin, the two (2) first-line tuberculosis drugs with greatest efficacy.
