Section 40IAC2-2-2. Appeal from advisory opinions

(a) The person who made an inquiry and any person directly affected by the commission's advisory opinion may appeal to the commission for reconsideration or clarification of the advisory opinion.

(b) Any such appeal shall be made, in writing, to the commission within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the advisory opinion letter.
