Section 40IAC2-5-3. Meeting by telephone and other communications media technology

Latest version.
  •    The commission may utilize telephone conference calls, speaker phone, and other communications media technology as it becomes available to conduct commission business when necessary due to emergencies of the situation. However, it is the commission view that the public interest is best served by having public hearings held in person, rather than by use of communication media technology.
