Section 40IAC2-3-8. Subpoenas

(a) At any stage of an investigation or public hearing, the commission may issue a subpoena.

(b) The commission shall issue a subpoena on request of the respondent to compel appearance of witnesses at a deposition or public hearing held in accordance with IC 4-2-6-4(b) if the witness' testimony is reasonably necessary for resolution of the matter.
