Section 40IAC2-2-3. Failure to comply; investigation

  •    If a person who has requested an advisory opinion has been advised that he or she has a conflict of interest and to remove himself or herself from any conflict or potential conflict of interest and has failed to do so after having been given a reasonable opportunity to do so, the commission may review the matter to determine compliance with the advisory opinion and, in executive session, vote to initiate an investigation.
