Section 405IAC5-1-2. Nondiscrimination

(a) All providers of care and suppliers of services under Medicaid must comply with the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

(b) No provider may discriminate in the provision of Medicaid services with regard to age, race, creed, color, national origin, sex, or handicap.
