Section 405IAC13-10-1. Covered services

   Reimbursement is available for the following podiatry services when performed within the scope of practice of the podiatry profession as defined by Indiana law, subject to the limitations set forth in the Medicaid program as well as the limitations set forth in this rule:

(1) Surgical procedures involving the foot.

(2) Laboratory services.

(3) X-ray services.
