Section 405IAC10-5-1. Appeals of determinations by the office or division

Latest version.

   (a) For purposes of this rule, the term action means any of the following:

(1) A termination of benefits.

(2) A suspension of benefits.

(3) A change in benefits.

(4) A denial of covered services.

(5) A reduction of covered services.

  (b) In the event that the office or the division takes an action that the applicant, pending applicant, conditionally eligible individual, or member believes was undertaken erroneously, such person or entity may request an administrative hearing under 405 IAC 1.1.
