Section 405IAC10-10-9. POWER account contributions; billing; payment options

A member shall, at a minimum, make the required POWER account contribution within sixty (60) days from the first day of the coverage month for which the POWER account contribution is owed each month to remain eligible. Any excess payments a member pays in a given month shall offset the following months' payments.
